Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. This role
will focus on establishing and nurturing relationships with brokers to facilitate the sale of co-
working seats. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent
communication skills, and a knack for building and maintaining professional relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
o Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and industry
developments.
o Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions, client needs,
and potential opportunities.
o Develop and implement sales strategies to promote co-working seats to
brokers and their clients.
o Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and
presentations tailored to brokers.
o Negotiate and close deals with brokers, ensuring favourable terms for both
parties.
o Work with brokers to arrange site visits and tours for potential clients.
o Present the benefits of our co-working spaces and tailor pitches to meet client
needs.
o Follow up with brokers and clients to address any questions and move deals
forward.
Broker Relationship Management:
o Identify and engage with real estate brokers and agencies to establish
partnerships.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers to ensure a steady
flow of potential clients.
o Conduct regular meetings with brokers to provide updates on available co-
working seats and discuss potential deals.
Reporting and Documentation:
o Maintain accurate records of broker interactions, deal progress, and sales
activities.
o Prepare and publish regular reports on sales performance, broker engagement,
and market trends, for management review.
o Track deals and manage accurate client information using Google Sheets.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Work Experience:
2-4 years of work experience, with a background in broker networking, sales &
customer handling.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the co-working, real estate, or commercial
property sector.
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of the co-working industry and workspace solutions.
Strong presentation skills and ability to conduct site tours.
Experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and
exceed sales targets.
Familiarity with sales tracking tools.
