Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Senior Content Operations Program Manager to lead and optimize content creation, delivery, and governance processes across our organization. This role will focus on aligning content strategies with business objectives, enhancing operational efficiency, and managing cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality content experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning:

• Develop and implement scalable content operations strategies that align with business goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define content needs, priorities, and KPIs for success.
• Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and quality across all content types and channels.
• Identify improvements supporting business needs and serve as subject matter expert on content management. Create and suggest updates to procedural documentation for web management processes.

Program Management:

• Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of content programs, from ideation to delivery.
• Create and manage detailed project plans, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, product, and engineering.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the successful execution of programs.

Process Optimization:

• Analyze current content operations workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Implement tools and technologies to streamline content production and distribution.
• Establish and maintain documentation for content processes, guidelines, and standards.

Data-Driven Insights:

• Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize future strategies.
• Report on project outcomes, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Leverage analytics to ensure content meets audience needs and achieves business objectives.

Leadership & Mentorship:

• Lead and mentor a team of content coordinators, program managers, and creators.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, encouraging team growth and development.
• Act as a subject matter expert on content operations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred marketing only).

Experience:

• 10+ years in content operations, program management, or a related role.
• Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale content programs.

Skills:

• PMP Certification (Required)
• B2B Marketing (Required)
• Adobe Workfront (Required)
• Understanding of Adobe Products specially AEM
• Proficient in content management systems such as SharePoint and Wiki
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
