Key Performance Areas andDescription

1.Execution of Store EducationPrograms:

  • Lead customized Education execution including virtual training andstore coaching at every level across retail SMC (including SSB)channels and for all brands
  • To have strongunderstanding of each Brands DNA to drive brilliant brand Educationexecution through virtual coaching
  • To attend Educatorstraining programs in order to understand and support brand salesstrategy and objectives; and followup with store coaching at allPointofSale doors to maximize Educationprograms
  • Coach andmotivate store teams to develop their competencies by leading byexample in selling skills make up skin care hair care and fragranceknowledge teach byexample
  • Drive storecoaching via a planned monthly Education Calendar shared with theEducation Lead that complement the businessobjectives
  • Utilizespecific Education tools post the Education programs that meetsindividual brand and channelneeds
  • Support DistrictManagers and Retail team in solving specific store Educationproblems related to a BAs individual coachingneeds
  • Keeping up to datewith developments in training by reading; attending EducationSeminars and courses whennecessary
  • Providefeedback on POS Education progress and field needs as part of theEducation meetings via a coaching store visit form shared withEducation Lead
  • CustomerComplaints Consumer Complaint To handle consumer complaintescalation within 48hrs and turnaround whenneeded

1.DigitalEducation:


  • Virtual inductionsessions for new joiners to be conducted twice a month 7 days eachbatch
  • Implement eLearningto ensure education of products new innovation with learning andengage teams.
  • Be a BrandExpert internal influencer who can create social media momentumfollowing and sales
  • Weekly meetings with the Education Lead. (Update weekly Educationprograms share best practices also share education related issuesif any)
  • Conduct virtualstore visits to develop teams productivity and identifyopportunities for furthergrowth.
  • Supporting withthe makeup round assessment and feedback for ELC BAshiring

1.Admin


  • Work on own monthly rostercovering top doors and concerndoors
  • Education Calendarto be filled in 2 months in advance with inductiondates
  • Under LineManagerssurveillance Manage budget in relation to Education programs byplanning Education schedules maintain travel and expense reportfield Education budget and Education materialinventory
