Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all HR-related activities, from recruitment and onboarding to payroll administration and performance management. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of HR best practices and a passion for building a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:

○ Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions.

○ Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure a good fit with the company culture and role requirements.

○ Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including conducting background checks, extending job offers, and handling onboarding procedures.

○ Facilitate new hire orientation and ensure a smooth transition into the company.

2. Team Building & Employee Engagement:

○ Organize team-building activities and employee engagement programs to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.

○ Develop and implement strategies to improve employee morale, retention, and job satisfaction.

○ Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and work to resolve conflicts or issues that may arise.

3. Payroll Administration:

○ Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll, including the calculation of wages, bonuses, and deductions.

○ Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to payroll and taxation.

○ Maintain payroll records and prepare reports as required by management.

4. Performance Management:

○ Coordinate the performance appraisal process, including setting timelines, providing training, and facilitating review meetings.

○ Work with department heads to develop performance improvement plans and track employee progress.

○ Assist in the identification and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

5. HR Compliance & Reporting:

○ Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and keep up to date with changes in employment legislation.

○ Prepare and maintain employee records, including contracts, attendance, and leave management.

○ Generate HR reports and metrics for management review and decision-making.

6. General HR Support:

○ Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to employees and management. ○ Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. ○ Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

● 2+ years of experience in an HR role, with a focus on recruitment, payroll, and performance management.

● Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.

● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

● Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

● Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

● Strong organizational and time management skills.
