As a Sales Intern, you will collaborate closely with the Business Development Manager to help develop and execute effective sales strategies, generate leads, conduct customer follow-ups, and manage relationships with potential clients, converting them into long-term customers.. You are a dynamic, confident and self-motivated individual with good communication and analytical skills. You will need your own laptop with a stable internet connection during the internship period. Based on the performance during the internship, Cravea can offer you a permanent profile within the company with an attractive compensation of 4 LPA to 7 LPA based on your profile and experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Generate leads and convert them into clients
Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new services to the market. .
Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals
Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.

Qualifications/Experience :
A bachelor’s degree in sales& marketing, business administration, or related field.
Experience in sales or marketing. is an advantage
Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
Should be open to travel within the city for client visits if required
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
The ability to work under pressure.
Ability to handle international cross functional projects with clients
Advanced negotiation skills
Global mindset and exhibit strong emotional intelligence
