Job Summary:
The Customer Executive will be responsible for delivering top-tier customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction with Goofy Tails products and services. This role requires someone with strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for pets.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and social media
Resolve order, product, and return issues promptly
Manage customer records and CRM system updates
Recommend products based on customer needs
Collaborate with other teams for complex issues
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree; 0-1 years of customer support experience.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Salary: ₹3.00 -4.5 LPA, based on experience and qualifications.
