Qualification Basic : Graduate (Preferably having Pharma, Medicine or Chemistry background)Desirable : B.Pharm/ B.Sc / B.Sc Chemistry, MBA Marketing/Finance/International Business/International TradeExperience 10 15 Years Job descriptionResponsibilities Business DevelopmentManage API business in assigned territories and achieve budgeted sales & growthFormulate strategy to drive business growth in assigned regionsAdd new customers for APIs produced by UnichemManage a network of channel partners and end customersTravel within India & internationally to meetcustomers for BD initiatives.Project Management New customers, new opportunitiesBusiness OperationsManage a team and develop them for effective customer relationship managementWork closely with SCM, Production, QA & RA in order to respond effectively to customer requirements and ensure customer delightArranging customer audits and regulatory audits.Effectively manage receivables.Desired SkillsExperience with proven expertise in handling API business India markets and emerging markets.Strong knowledge and insights about the regulatory filings.Efficient in managing existing businesses and customer’s portfolio.Experience in inter-departmental co-ordination to ensure meeting of budgeted sales in the region.Ability to try new approaches when faced with challenges.Proactive and flexible to work in any demanding timeline environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
