As a Digital Business Development Specialist, I analyze, Identify, study, and develop sport business through new or existing channels in specific regions or geographies which are in focus for Omni/Digital Growth. I have a deep understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience within assigned channels/regions. I collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Marketing, Category Managers, Merchandisers operations, and other Business Leaders to achieve business objectives and maximize sales performance.
Profile
MY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Analyzing the purchasing and user behavior in the online shop and application to generate concrete recommendations on how to improve the performance by channel/region.
2. Identifying customer behavior patterns and insights that will translate into business improvements in the customer journey across all touchpoints.
3. Develop and execute comprehensive category strategies aligned with business goals, considering market trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis in the targeted region/channel.
4. Coordinate and Obtain product assortments within various categories, ensuring a balanced mix of products that meets customer demands in the targeted region/channel.
5. Analyze sales data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth, improve product performance, and address any issues affecting the growth.
6. Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to understand industry trends, benchmark against competitors and identify opportunities to help in growth.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Digital Marketing, Category Managers, Merchandisers operations, and other Business Leaders achieve business objectives and maximize sales performance.
8. Responsible for competitive pricing strategies , monitoring pricing trends , optimising margins to achieve revenue & profitability targets .
9. P&L responsibility of the Channel / Region to ensure both growth & profitability go hand in hand.
10. Effective communication across various teams , senior management , and product experience to ensure alignment & support for objectives.
