Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at Podar Education Network. As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategies to promote our educational institutions and reach our target audience. This is a senior-level position with 7 to 10 years of experience required. The job is based in Parel, Maharashtra, India, and is a full-time role.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and student enrollment
  • Manage and optimize our website, social media platforms, and other digital channels
  • Create compelling content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics to measure the success of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and a seamless user experience
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and implement innovative strategies
  • Manage digital marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
  • Work with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the digital marketing team
