Digital Marketing Specialist
Job Description
1) Content Management & Social media handling:
Develop, write, and edit compelling content for various platforms, including blogs, websites, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
Posting regular updates on Social media with company’s activities and industry oriented content.
Ensure all content is consistent in style, quality, tone, and aligned with the brand voice, messaging guidelines, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
Closely work with the Communications and Product management teams, along with the designers, to create visually appealing and engaging content for the branding material.
Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content across all social media and digital media channels.
Innovate and experiment with new content formats and ideas to engage the target audience on social media and other digital platforms.
2) Digital Marketing & SEO Management:
Lead the digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and competitor analysis.
Plan and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns for B2B purpose, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and influencer marketing.
Conduct keyword research and use SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines.
Monitor and analyze website traffic, making recommendations for content improvements to boost rankings and drive organic traffic.
Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and tools to ensure content remains competitive.
3) Content Strategy:
Develop and implement a comprehensive B2B content strategy aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Contribute to the development of a content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic flow of content across platforms.
Analyze content performance metrics and provide insights to refine and improve content strategies.
Work closely with Communications and Product Management teams to produce impacting content, including blogs, analytical reports, video scripts, and social media updates.
4) Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the designer and product teams to ensure content aligns with overall brand objectives.
Support the sales team with content that drives lead generation and conversion.
Foster a collaborative environment and provide guidance on best practices in content creation and digital marketing.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in content management, digital marketing.
Strong knowledge of SEO principles and experience with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
Experience in handling marketing analytical tools (e.g., Meta, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Freshworks)
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
Flawless skills in PowerPoint and Microsoft excel.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a go-getter attitude.
Creative thinker with the ability to propose innovative content ideas on regular basis.
Preferred Experience:
Experience in digital marketing, content strategy, or a related field.
Experience in healthcare/ diagnostics sector is a plus.
