You Will Be Responsible For:

• Analyzing, executing and optimizing growth marketing campaigns for B2C & B2B agency clients across various digital channels.
• Managing the client’s social media platforms & activities including brainstorming, ideations, content calendar, copywriting and preparing creative briefs for design team.
• Managing influencer campaigns
• Manage ad campaigns on digital channels (Google, Meta, )
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities & engagement opportunities to identify growth opportunities.
• Tracking insights and analytics & preparing reports.

What We’re Looking For:

• A degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
• 3-5 years of agency experience in B2c & B2B digital marketing, with a proven track record in successful social media (organic and paid) campaigns; experience with Google campaigns is a bonus
• Strong analytical skills for both micro and macro-level optimizations
• A passion for blending digital strategies to achieve targeted marketing outcomes
• Enthusiasm for drive growth for both the company & its clients
• Creative flair to make brands stand out
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A learning mindset, eager to explore and experiment with new approaches
