We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in managing ad campaigns on Google and . The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in a service-based company and will have successfully handled a minimum budget of $10,000/month.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at Gsource Technologies you Key Responsibilities are :

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Ads.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure budget and goals are met.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
  • Create and manage advertising content, including ad copy, creative, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align digital strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and ad campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in a service-based company.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Ads campaigns with a minimum budget of $10,000/month.
  • Strong understanding of PPC strategies and techniques.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Google Ads or Ads.
  • Experience with other digital marketing channels and platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies.
