    Job Description

  • Brand Digital mandate for paid marketing brand campaigns with complete ownership of brand digital marketing budget for the group.
  • Build a strong Digital Marketing strategy to help brands reach their target audience at scale to deliver growth at optimum costs.
  • Measure, optimise, and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize budget and plans based on the insights.
  • Identify and lead test & learns and growth strategies with sound logic and clearly defined recommendation across all digital platforms. Analyse the performance and scale basis feasibility.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests. Drive measurement mindset to drive growth.
  • Lead projects on analytics to measure digital campaign outcomes and plan consumer journeys.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Build agile capabilities in the digital marketing portfolio to be able to quickly pivot to meet dynamic business needs.
  • Manage external agency / partner relationships.
  • Build & run in-house ops capabilities for Programmatic / Social platform paid campaigns.
  • Critical Requirement – Drive Marketing-Tech roadmap in coordination with Tech-Product team and work closely with product engineering teams. Critical Requirement – Be able to engender effective measurement and optimization frameworks for all efforts on brand digital (including ADH, Marketing Mix Modeling, Multi Touch Attribution, and Lift). Upskill teams on new digital trends, tools and measurements for digital marketing.

    The Successful Applicant

  • Master’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from a top tier university.
  • Critical Requirement : 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years current experience at a ConsumerTech brand. Fintech experience is a plus.
  • Solid knowledge and hands on experience of ad serving & analytics tools, including hands-on experience with ADH, Programmatic, Google Analytics/DV360, DCM and FB Ads Manager and dashboarding.
  • Should have handled & deployed digital media budgets at scale.
  • Exceptional skills managing digital marketing activities within deadlines, budget and requirements.
  • Complete knowledge of the latest digital trends, practices, and developments.
