General Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Leader to join our organization and lead our team towards excellence in technology and innovation. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our capabilities to new heights, ensuring accountability, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and aligning with our organizational values.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Direct daily operations of the Global Capability Center (GCC) team encompass hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management. Build and grow a productive, motivated, and engaged team that consistently meets project deliverables.
  • Foster seamless communication between GCC and stakeholders, including capability & platform owners across the globe.
  • Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders organization-wide, ensuring that the GCC team objectives align with the company’s overarching goals.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all India-related issues, facilitating efficient resolution and maintaining effective stakeholder communication.
  • Promote and establish employer brand in India to attract top tech talent, actively supporting recruitment endeavors.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the GCC team, nurturing a culture that encourages continuous learning, innovation, and open dialogue.
  • Communicate effectively to all levels of the organization, including executives.
  • Impact business in utilizing data-driven insights to drive growth and transformation.

Skills & Experience

Required

A seasoned professional with over 15+ years of experience in Enterprise Data Analytics and custom development

  • Deep Enterprise Data, Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Insights functional expertise and leadership experiences across complex and large, data driven businesses required.
  • Experience in any one of the Data & Analytics stack of AWS, Azure, Snowflake or GCP is Must. Google Analytics & Big Quary experience is a plus.
  • Deep knowledge of industry best practices and standards to actively promote the effective and efficient use of Enterprise Data, Business Intelligence solutions to meet management objectives.

At least 5 years of management experience with larger engineering teams, exhibiting exceptional leadership and people management skills.

Demonstrated ability to drive a large-scale change and to act as a positive disruptor that can view opportunities versus barriers required.
