ROLE : Director Sales (Merchandising solutions) – APAC MEA (Open Position – 1) LOCATION : BangaloreREPORTING TO : SVP – Sales & BDEXPERIENCE : > 10 Years BROAD RESPONSIBILITIES: Trusted advisor to clients in choosing right merchandising solution and value creationDrive revenue and growth for Algonomy’s portfolio of Merchandising solutions in SEA & ANZManage the entire Sales life cycle from lead generation to closure. This would include the following: Prospect development Understanding business and technology scenario/needs Identifying and qualifying opportunities Product demonstrations Preparation of proposals Final negotiation and closure Implement and adopt sales processes and best practices for predictable funnel movementESSENTIAL QUALIFIERS FOR THIS ROLE:Experienced in selling Merchandising solutions( Forecasting, Replenishment, Retail Analytics, Supply Chain collaboration). Ability to perform product presentation and first level platform demo.Prior experience in handling clients in Retail Hunter & Husting mindsetSomebody who is aligned and connects with Video : Why Future Sales Owner is a DoctorRich experience in APAC MEA countriesProven experience of selling SaaS deals with ACV> $150,000Requires min 10 days of travel.Ability to unearth unknown needs Excellent communicative skills both verbally and in written form.Self-starter with the ability to work independently. Has strong executive presence. Experience of working with geographically diverse/distributed teams.
