YOUR ROLE

We at Innovaccer are looking for a Director-Training Program & Enablement Operations  who has good communication skills and who is passionate to assist people with their learning and development.You are supposed to manage global teams of Customer Success vertical while utilising enablement functions to support top-notch training and accreditation programmes. Work with business leaders, and technical teams to identify and validate the pain areas related to enablement.The role has to fundamentally assist in the organisation’s success, by coaching and developing its people. Also,responsible for onboarding new resources across the Customer Success organization that covers Software Engineers,Data Analysts,QA,PM’s.

THE REALLY GREAT THINGS YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Spearheading the partner enablement program which will be a growth lever for the organisation
  • Creating training programs that are aligned with the organization’s objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are
  • Motivated to develop and mentor people and focussed in technical, industry and soft skills.
  • Execution of the end to end process – Hiring, Training, Motivation, Development, Certification, Tools enablement and Placement.
  • Continuous updates to the training documentation and co-ordinating with product organization for updates
  • Creating a pipeline of resources and conducting interviews and onboarding resources
  • Acting as the go to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plans
  • Working closely with various leaders across the organization and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements 
  • Embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching
  • Having an awareness of the allocated budget and an ability to find solutions in order to implement the required training  
  • Building relationships with 3rd party training providers
  • Managing the development of the training team from a training perspective (Train the trainers)
  • Designing staple curriculums for all employees (i.e. values)
  • Follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure the trainings are completed on time and 100% compliance across all departments and trainings

 

WHAT LANDS YOU THIS ROLE

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience required into technology companies
  • Management, development, and talent training
  • Designing and supplying a variety of training styles
  • Onboarding and ongoing Training and development
  • Building relationships with external suppliers (Virtual Facilitation: Work in both Live In-person and Virtual environments)
  • Qualified to degree, CIPD or CTP level, or equivalent.
  • Confident in both written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences.
