Role: Divisional Head, Business Finance (Sales & Marketing)

Responsibilities:
Support to Sales for Revenue Maximization –
- Growth in sales as per plan
- Provide support with timely approval and MIS release
Ensure all Commercial & Statutory Compliance
- Commercial policy and statutory compliances-Region wise
- Review of 3PL performance as per SOW & other Commercial & Labour Law compliances-Region wise
Dealer & Vendor Management
- Ensure overdue outstanding >60 days of Total Outstanding-Region Wise
- Worksheet Verifications Confirmation of dealer schemes
- Timely uploading of BRO agreement and timely release of various support credit notes-Region Wise
- Review of Vendor advances and open entries
- Execution of new agreements, renewal of agreement
Inventory and warehouse management
- Incremental SLOB stock liquidation
- Controlling on No. of days Inventory-Region Wise
- Review of Physical verification reports of RBU-C/BDCMs
- Office’s and Warehouses as per plan-Region Wise
Ensuring Cost control & cost rationalization
- Review and Publishing MIS for Admin vs Budget Expenses
- Adherence to allocated budget-Region Wise
- Saving in Per Sq.ft. Rent due to change in warehouse as per plan-Region Wise
Others
- Digital Drive Initiatives
- EV Deployment as last mile delivery
- Training managers for capability enhancement
- Virtual connect with Commercial Team
Qualifications/ Skills:
- CA qualification
- minimum 8 years with good acumen in accounting, strategic planning, managing people and a penchant for customer service
- Commercial and Legal Acumen
- Awareness of applicable laws and statutes
- Interpersonal Skills, Leadership, Communication Skills, People Management skills
