The company's technology hub, Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center, India, will lead technology innovation and product development for the organization and its portfolio of distinct brands. The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will focus on developing new capabilities in data science, data analytics, eCommerce, automation, cloud computing, and information security to accelerate the company's business strategy. Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.

Job Description :

– Able to manage the development team to deliverables: on time, scope and. Budget

– Experience working with distributed teams

– Able to present complex technical concepts to business partners and senior management

– Experience leading teams with deep technical experience with Front-End development (Java, Server-Side JavaScript, React, React Native, REST)and technology platforms (e.g., NextJS, Cloudflare, Contentful, Azure)

– Deep understanding of creating and integrating REST-based web services

– Proficiency with source control and release technologies (e.g., Git and AzureDevOps) and practices (e.g., CI/CD and automation)

– Good soft skills ,able to demonstrate solutions to business partners

– Cross-Functional internal team exposure has worked previously with Product, Design ,QA and Delivery leads.

– Can help onboard and provide support to developers as they learn in their careers.

– Experience leading Agile/Scrum development teams
