PersolKelly is seeking talented and enthusiastic Entry Level Recruiters to join our dynamic Human Resources team in Bangalore. This opportunity is specifically designed for candidates who have recently completed their graduation , with an intent to join HR domain , catering to IT staffing Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, Sourcing screening, and shortlisting potential candidates.

Position: Entry Level Talent sourcer/ Researcher

Location: Bangalore

Duration: Initially 4 Months as a Management Trainee with the opportunity for Permanent placement thereafter

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Candidate Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates for further consideration.
• Interview Coordination: Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment tracker.

Skills and Requirements:

• Recent graduate in Engineering /Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with others.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Passion for HR and recruitment
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment techniques is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
