Responsibilities
 Managing end-to-end event projects.
 Coordinating with the internal team for putting together the desired plan.
 Responsible for client servicing for the project assigned.
 Project planning. Managing timeline sheet. Daily updates to clients
 Creates and conducts effective presentations along with the Delivery team.
 Responsible for profit for the project assigned.
 Appropriate engagement post-sale about project deployment, working closely with the operation,
digital, audience generation & creative team.
 Regularly interact with customers and develop excellent relationships with them.
 Consistently meet and exceed quality delivery
 Provide timely reports
 Initiate and coordinate the development of an action plan to execute differently every time.
 Technology adaptation
Essential Competencies

 Candidates must know the basics of events
 At least 2 years of client servicing & event management experience.
 Willing to travel
 Should have worked in the event industry and been aware of the dynamics.
 Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
 Should be highly motivated, passionate and goal-oriented
 Highly Customer Focused
 Must be able to work with minimal supervision
Requirements
Experience – 2 to 5 years
Locations – Bangalore
Education – Post Graduation
