Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Executive Assistant Human Resources to join Spandana Hospital. This position is based in Bangalore and requires a minimum of 1 year to a maximum of 3 years of work experience in a relevant field. The chosen candidate will support our HR department and enhance the HR functions’ overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Administrative Support (Mandatory skill): Proven experience in providing administrative support to senior management.
  • Scheduling (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments effectively.
  • Communication (Mandatory skill): Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and professional interactions.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize duties to meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure all HR-related tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Confidentiality: Trusted to handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and integrity.
  • HR Knowledge: Basic understanding of HR practices, policies, and labor laws to assist in HR-related tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training coordination.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records and processing documentation.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, interviews, HR events, and other related activities.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related communications and reports as needed.
  • Manage and ensure the confidentiality of employee and company information.
  • Assist in resolving employee issues and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees and ensure all materials are up-to-date.
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as directed by the HR Manager.
