Job Title: Sourcing Executive – Commercial Real Estate

Job Location – Mumbai

Job Summary:

The Sourcing Executive will scout new commercial real estate properties – office spaces. This role involves market research, lead generation, relationship building with brokers and property owners, and supporting the acquisition process to expand the company’s property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scout New Properties: Identify and source commercial real estate opportunities through market research, networking, and direct outreach to brokers and property owners.
• Market Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, property values, and demand-supply dynamics to identify potential acquisitions.
• Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers, developers, and property owners to access off-market deals.
• Due Diligence: Assist with property evaluations, including site visits and preliminary due diligence.
• Support Negotiations: Help senior managers in negotiations and documentation for property deals.
• Reporting: Maintain property databases and provide regular updates to management on potential properties.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in real estate or brokerage.

Skills:

• Strong communication, networking, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with real estate platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Language: Fluency in English & Hindi; additional regional languages preferred but not compulsory.
• Transportation: 2-wheeler mandatory.
