Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team in the lottery business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, promoting our lottery products, and establishing relationships with new and existing customers. You will work in the field, meeting with potential clients, generating leads, and ensuring our products are accessible and well-promoted in the community.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Generation :Identify and target potential clients within designated areas to promote lottery sales.Actively engage in lead generation, cold calling, and following up with prospect
s.Develop strategies to increase sales and grow market share within the regio n.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, retailers, and agents.Educate and provide support to retailers on product offerings and selling strategies.Ensure that all customer queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professiona lly.
Product Promotion:
Promote and explain lottery products to prospective clients and customers.Organize and attend promotional events, retail activations, and product launches in the field.Keep customers informed about current and upcoming promotions, jackpots, and prize offerings.
Market Research:
Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to improve sales strategies.Gather feedback from customers and retail partners to enhance product offerings and customer service.
Reporting & Administration:
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence.Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.Ensure that all documentation, including sales contracts, is completed accurately and submitted on time.
Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Track sales performance and work to meet KPIs set by the company.
