Today we stand as an integrated network with a pan-India footprint of 37 hospitals across 19 cities with 10,500 beds, and a talented pool of over 5,600 doctors and an employee strength of over 20,000.Role: Unit Finance HeadLocation: SiliguriWhat You’ll Do:Identify revenue streams, manage costs in order to achieve the desired EBITDA of unitInitiate and implement the finance strategies of the unitTo provide financial reports and budgets to achieve the goals of the hospitalResponsible for the hospital’s financial, accounting and credit functionsTo monitor the performance matrices and take corrective and preventive actions as per quality standards defined.To ensure the books of accounts are maintained as per the standards on timely basisOn time accurate submission of analyzed reports and any deviations to be brought to the notice of management.To engage with the unit finance team through various initiatives like training, performance management, continual feedback, coaching and reward and recognize people in order to motivate them to deliver desired resultsResponsible for the process improvement and enhancement of the unit hospital’s finance and administrative operations. Leading and managing a team of individuals to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
