Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our IT staffing team. The recruiter will focus on marketing and placing bench candidates (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) to vendors and clients.

Responsibilities:
Market bench candidates to prime vendors, implementation partners, and clients.
Build and maintain a strong network of vendors and clients.
Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and candidates.
Maintain accurate records of submissions, candidate statuses, and client feedback.
Develop and execute sales strategies for bench sales to achieve revenue targets.
Create and maintain a pipeline of opportunities and ensure timely deal closures.
Provide regular reports on the performance of the bench sales department, client engagement, and consultant placement metrics.

Qualifications:
Experience with bench sales marketing (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC).
Familiarity with tax terms like C2C, W2, 1099.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of IT staffing industry practices.

Preferred:
Experience with IT recruitment and staffing.
