Job Description: Franchise Sales Manager

Position Overview: Franchise Sales Manager role is pivotal in driving growth and increasing our market presence through generating & converting leads from

  • Social Media Platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels,
  • Direct Sales, and
  • Broker Network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business leads through exhibitions and events.
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage potential clients and convert leads into sales.
  • Make outbound calls to leads generated from social media platforms.
  • Follow up on inquiries and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
  • Exhibition Participation:
  • Research and select relevant exhibitions and industry events for participation.
  • Coordinate all logistical aspects of exhibition attendance, including booth design, promotional materials, and travel arrangements.
  • Actively represent the company at events, engaging with attendees and presenting our offerings effectively.
  • Networking:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, potential clients, and partners.
  • Utilize networking opportunities at events to expand professional connections and enhance brand visibility.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Conduct research to identify market trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Analyse feedback and insights gathered from events to refine future strategies.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align exhibition strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Share insights gained from events to inform marketing campaigns and product development.
  • Reporting:
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics and the overall effectiveness of participation in exhibitions.
  • Prepare post-event analyses to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Graduates/ MBA personals with proven experience in business development, and a flair for sales, or marketing, particularly in event management.
  • Strong communication, networking, and self-motivated.
  • Prior experience in telemarketing, lead conversion, or customer service preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management processes is a plus.
