Job Description

**Candidates who would be able to put in 8-9 hours in a day preferred**

Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Job Purpose:

Responsible for crafting captivating visual representations across various platforms to effectively communicate the brand’s essence and evoke desired responses from the target audience.

Role and Responsibilities:

1. Brand Understanding & Alignment:

– Decode the brief as shared by supervisors, identifying brand requirements and identity, target audience etc

– Maintain a deep understanding of the brand’s voice, tone, and messaging guidelines, ensuring all art work aligns with the brand’s identity and values

2. Design Creation: Develop static + dynamic creative design layouts for marketing materials, including but not limited to social media posts, email campaigns, etc.

3. Research:

– Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to create innovative art work to ensure that designs are relevant and effective in capturing the target audience’s attention

– Conduct research to understand the target audience demographics, preferences, and behavior to tailor messaging effectively.

– Monitor and analyze the performance of designing efforts, leveraging data and insights to inform future designs

4. Time Management: Following of internal TATs, tasks prioritization, and timely delivery of work.

5. Operations: Adherence to documented SOPs.
