Job Overview

We are seeking a Freelance Recruiter to join our team at Tesloye Consultancy Services. As a Freelance Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting suitable candidates for various positions within our client organizations. This is a junior-level position with 1 to 3 years of experience. The job location is Mumbai Suburban, Maharashtra, India. The employment type is remote and freelance.

Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and selecting candidates
• Familiarity with various sourcing channels and recruitment tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• Organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Roles and Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, networking events, and referrals
• Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
• Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment
• Track and report key recruitment metrics
• Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in recruitment
