Navigareaeon Consulting Private Limited, in partnership with Orbis Logistics INC (Based in the United States), is seeking a skilled Freight Broker with a minimum of 1 year of experience in United States freight brokerage. The ideal candidate will possess a strong network of clients and a proven track record in the logistics industry. This position offers a salary plus commission structure, rewarding the candidate for their success in bringing clients on board.

Salary Range:

3.6 L – 8.4 L P.A.

5:30 PM to 2:30 AM (Night Shift)

Benefits:
Saturday and Sunday fixed off
Both side Cabs or Conveyance provided

Process:

United States (Freight Broker) (Commission Payment Bi-weekly)

Responsibilities:
Utilize existing network and develop new leads to expand the client base
Identify reputable and safe carriers for quality service
Provide shipping quotes and book orders with carriers
Assist in preparing carriers for loads
Collaborate with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers for efficient logistics management
Maintain communication on transit updates and delivery statuses
Stay updated on freight carrier services for customer acquisition and retention

Requirements:
Minimum 1+ years of freight brokerage experience in the United States
Established network of clients with a proven track record of bringing them onboard
Proficiency in DAT, TRUCK STOP, ITS (TMS), Macropoint, ELD, and Microsoft Office.
Experience handling shipments like FCL, LCL, Dry Van, Drayage, Flat Bed, and Reefers
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to meet sales targets and maintain customer relationships
