Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Freight Broker to join our team at Ditinus Technology Private Ltd. As a Freight Broker, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of cargo for our clients, negotiating rates with carriers, and ensuring timely delivery. This is a full-time position based in Mohali, Punjab, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience as a Freight Broker or in a similar role
• Hands-on experience with freight management and transportation systems
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
• Proficient in using relevant software and tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (preferred)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Coordinate the movement of cargo for clients, ensuring timely transportation and delivery
• Negotiate rates with carriers and establish contracts for shipping services
• Handle all aspects of the freight brokerage process, from sourcing carriers to tracking shipments
• Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions
• Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise during the freight transportation process
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
