Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Front Desk Executive to join our team at Podar Education Network. As a Front Desk Executive, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and parents, providing them with a warm and welcoming experience. You will also be responsible for handling queries, managing appointments, and providing administrative support to the team. This is a full-time position based in Wakad, Maharashtra, India. We are looking for a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Graduation in any discipline
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
- Previous experience as a front desk executive or receptionist will be a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle queries and resolve issues
- Proficient in using MS Office applications
- Ability to maintain a professional and friendly demeanor
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet visitors and parents in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle queries
- Manage and schedule appointments, ensuring efficient coordination
- Provide information and assist visitors with inquiries about the institution
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area
- Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the front desk
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and letters
- Ensure compliance with security and safety procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any complaints or issues
