Key Responsibilities :

– Lead end-to-end design processes for web and mobile applications.

– Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to inform design decisions.

– Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to visualize design concepts.

– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.

– Develop and maintain style guides, design systems, and UI kits for consistency across platforms.

– Analyze user feedback and metrics to iterate on designs and improve user experience.

– Mentor and support junior designers, providing guidance on best practices and design principles.

– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, integrating them into design work.

– Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas and solutions.

– Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders based on research and data.

– Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

– Identify usability issues and advocate for effective solutions to enhance user satisfaction.

– Participate in project planning, providing feedback on timelines and deliverables.

– Collaborate with marketing teams to integrate branding elements into design.

– Contribute to building a design culture within the organization through workshops and presentations.

Required Qualifications :

– Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field.

– 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.

– Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and processes.

– Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

– Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

– Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.

– Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and typography.

– Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.

– Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
