Position Overview

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Recommend and publish design standards for Sierra Digital companies; promote corporate-wide adherence to them

Develop and/or enhance images, illustrations, logos, print collateral, PowerPoint decks, social post graphics, and other graphics as needed

Collaborate with internal team members and vendors to produce outbound messages and materials promoting Sierra Digital companies

Assist in the development and production of software video demos using Camtasia and/or equivalent platforms

Q/A and proofread designs for errors; 100% error-free work required

Communicate daily with offshore and US-based co-workers and managers

Requirements

Bachelors degree or equivalent in graphic design, art, design or a related field

Five+ years experience working as a Senior Graphic Designer or Director in the technologies industries

Online portfolio showcasing design/production work of exceptional quality; samples include detailed metrics of how the designs contributed to customer/client/employer success.

Proficient knowledge and skilled in use of Adobe Creative Suite (PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)

Demonstrated production experience in taking draft designs through the production process for delivery of printed materials, ad specialties, tradeshow booths, etc.

General knowledge and experience in the use of content/customer management systems, including WordPress HubSpot

Experience in developing and executing design messaging which appears in social platforms, including LinkedIn and Twitter

Video production experience (preferred)
