Key Responsibilities:
A. Talent Management and Succession Planning:
• Collaborate with the stakeholders to identify, develop, and retain high-potential employees through structured talent management programs.
• Implement and monitor succession planning for critical managerial and senior roles within the organization.
B. Diversity and Inclusion:
• Champion D&I initiatives across all talent acquisition and talent management processes to build a diverse and inclusive workforce.
• Develop and implement strategies to attract diverse talent pools and ensure equitable hiring practices.
• Collaborate with D&I teams to set goals, measure progress, and drive initiatives that promote an inclusive work environment.
C. Talent Acquisition Strategy:
• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract, source, and retain top talent for managerial and senior-level roles with a focus on Diversity and Inclusion.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all corporate functions, including leadership and senior management positions for Zigly (including Warehouse, except Retail) and the Delhi Corporate Office.
• Utilize data-driven recruitment strategies to identify, attract, and onboard high-quality talent across all divisions.
• Zigly Hiring (Corporate + Warehouse): Oversee talent acquisition for Zigly’s corporate roles, including hiring for key business functions and leadership positions.
D. Campus Hiring and Employer Branding:
• Develop and execute a robust campus hiring strategy to build a strong talent pipeline for entry-level management trainees and future leaders.
• Build and maintain relationships with key universities and colleges to attract fresh talent.
• Organize and participate in campus recruitment events, career fairs, and industry seminars.
E. Stakeholder Management:
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their talent needs and provide consultative support on talent acquisition strategies.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide insights on talent trends and workforce planning.
F. Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize recruitment analytics to monitor the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven decisions.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and diversity hiring.
G. Team Leadership and Development:
• Lead and mentor a team of talent acquisition specialists and coordinators.
• Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to build a high-performing recruitment team.
