Job Description
Job Objective
To proactively drive sales of our fraud prevention and abuse detection solutions “Guardian” by building a robust sales pipeline, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure product-market fit and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including online research, industry events, and referrals.
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and their applications in combating financial crime.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, tailoring the content to the specific needs and challenges of each potential client.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies, fostering trust and credibility.
- Understand the competitive landscape and effectively position our solutions against alternative offerings.
- Manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up with potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, Legal, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Provide feedback to the product team on client needs and market trends to inform product development and improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to fraud prevention and abuse detection.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the technology or financial services industry with 3+ years of experience.
- Track record of success in 0-1 technical product is a plus
- Strong understanding of fraud prevention, risk management, and compliance concepts is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a passion for exceeding targets.
- Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed.
- Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of machine learning, data analysis, and cybersecurity concepts.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to financial crime, such as KYC and AML regulations.
- Knowledge of deployment on public and private clouds.
