Job Description
Job Objective
To proactively drive sales of our fraud prevention and abuse detection solutions “Guardian” by building a robust sales pipeline, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and collaborating effectively with internal teams to ensure product-market fit and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including online research, industry events, and referrals.
Develop a deep understanding of our products and their applications in combating financial crime.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, tailoring the content to the specific needs and challenges of each potential client.
Build relationships with key decision-makers at potential client companies, fostering trust and credibility.
Understand the competitive landscape and effectively position our solutions against alternative offerings.
Manage the sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up with potential clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, Legal, marketing, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
Provide feedback to the product team on client needs and market trends to inform product development and improvement.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to fraud prevention and abuse detection.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the technology or financial services industry with 3+ years of experience.
Track record of success in 0-1 technical product is a plus
Strong understanding of fraud prevention, risk management, and compliance concepts is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong work ethic and a passion for exceeding targets.
Willingness to travel to client sites and industry events as needed.
Experience with CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of machine learning, data analysis, and cybersecurity concepts.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to financial crime, such as KYC and AML regulations.
Knowledge of deployment on public and private clouds.
