Gynecologist

Location: Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh

Qualification: DGO/DNB/MS OBG

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Salary: Negotiable

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Gynecologist to join our medical team in Srikakulam, Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology, with a strong background in providing comprehensive care to women of all ages.

Responsibilities:

Routine Examinations:

  • Conduct routine pelvic exams, Pap smears, and breast exams to monitor reproductive health.
  • Screen for diseases such as cervical cancer and breast cancer.

Diagnosis and Treatment:

  • Diagnose and treat conditions related to the female reproductive system, including menstrual disorders, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), infertility, pelvic pain, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, and menopausal symptoms.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care.

Pregnancy Care:

  • Provide prenatal care to pregnant women, including monitoring the health of both the mother and the fetus.
  • Conduct ultrasounds and manage any complications that may arise during pregnancy.
  • Educate and counsel patients on prenatal health, nutrition, and childbirth options.

Labor and Delivery:

  • Assist with labor and delivery, including performing cesarean sections (C-sections) when necessary.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of both mother and child during the birthing process.

Surgical Procedures:

  • Perform surgical procedures related to the female reproductive system, such as hysterectomies, laparoscopies, and other gynecological surgeries.
  • Ensure post-operative care and monitor recovery progress.

Qualifications:

  • DGO/DNB/MS in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in obstetrics and gynecology.
  • Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and treating gynecological conditions.
  • Proficient in performing gynecological surgeries and managing labor and delivery.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare.
