Job Description
Lead, coach and mentor a strong team, driving the achievement of key performance marketing KPIs to deliver business metrics.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the digital ecosystem
Drive campaigns at top of the funnel, engage and nurture prospects in the middle, and optimize conversion campaigns at bottom
Exhibit expertise in mobile app marketing, focusing on growing installs
Take ownership of end-to-end execution, measurement, reporting, and optimization
Increase the platform visits, attract new users, scale visits across categories, and deliver GMV on the platform.
Planning and Operations:
Assume responsibility for the entire performance marketing
Develop plans at the channel and sub-category levels
Collaborate with teams to strategize and execute traffic scaling for flagship events days.
Lead special initiatives like brand launches and new channel experiments
The Successful Applicant
9-13 years of experience in leading digital/performance marketing teams for e-commerce platforms
Experience across apparel/fashion is important
Proficiency in campaign and channel analysis and reporting
Exhibit strong goal-oriented and communication skills
Embody open-mindedness, curiosity, and problem-solving approach
