Job Description
Collaborate closely with product and engineering counterparts to develop and implement a comprehensive UX strategy that is aligned with business goals, customer needs and industry best practices Oversee the creation of wireframes and interactive prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and validate user interactions, thus enhancing the procure-pay-close life cycle Leverage insights to inform UX design decisions and identify areas for improvement Guide the UX writing team to ensure consistency in voice and tone throughout the product Lead a geographically distributed team of product designers and UX writers. Play a pivotal role in recruiting and retaining top design talent while fostering growth within the team to uphold our client’s reputation for creative excellence The Successful Applicant
Minimum of 12 years of experience in product design, with at least 4-7 years in a leadership role Experience building and leading world-class product design team/s at workflow-driven B2B SaaS product companies Strong understanding of industry-standard design tools ( – Figma) Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in product design, including showcasing your knowledge of mobile and web patterns, as well as design systems Excellent communication, leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to critically think and solve problems with cross-functional teams Experience with start-ups will be an added advantage
