Job Description
We are hiring Sr. CCE for International Inbound Tech Sales Voice Process for US shift.
Only Inbound Tech sales Process Opening is available.
Attractive salary with huge incentives.
Timings: SHIFT 8.30PM to 6.30AM
Must have minimum 6 months Experience in Outbound Tech Support Process are preferable, should know how to close calls.
Job Description : Taking inbound calls with computer issue from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer. Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.
