Role Description
· Booking Management:
§ Handle and manage all domestic and international bookings.
§ Ensure all bookings are made accurately and in a timely manner.
§ Negotiate rates and contracts to secure the best deals for clients.
· Client Interaction:
§ Communicate with clients to understand their preferences and requirements.
§ Provide clients with options that meet their needs and preferences.
§ Address and resolve any client issues or concerns regarding bookings.
· Travel Coordination:
· Provide clients with travel itineraries, including hotel details and confirmations.
· Coordinating with Visa and Flight team for itinerary booking.
· Assist with changes or cancellations as needed.
· Reporting and Analysis:
· Prepare and present reports on bookings, costs, and client feedback.
· Analyze booking patterns and trends to improve service offerings.
· Recommend process improvements to enhance booking efficiency and client satisfaction.
