Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Holiday Sales Consultant at Fits Holidays in Chennai. The consultant will be responsible for sales consulting, ensuring customer satisfaction, effective communication, and providing exceptional customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Sales Consulting and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Consulting
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Knowledge of holiday destinations and travel packages
• Previous experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
