HR Manager & Executive Assistant (Dual Role)

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager & Executive Assistant to join our dynamic team in a unique dual-role capacity.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills are a must – we communicate in English due to our national team mates from all over India, & our global team mates and clients that join us daily on video calls.
Position Overview:
This is not just any HR role; it’s a strategic position where you will be pivotal in driving our company’s growth and success. You will act as a trusted partner, always ensuring the teams are collaborating positively, and ensuring our modern, global company ethics are maintained.
This individual will take ownership of our entire HR function, focusing on recruitment, talent acquisition, talent retention, and managing compensation. In addition, you will support executive leadership with high-level assistance, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and effectively. Optimising costs and enhancing efficiency and profitability is critical in this role.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage a range of HR responsibilities, including reference checks, onboarding, compensation management (salary, bonus, performance incentives, OKR & KPI setting and quarterly reviews), office asset management, and vendor relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Foster a culture of efficiency, professionalism, and performance-driven excellence across the team.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding.
Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition and retention strategies.
Support team manager with the development and management of Quarterly OKR setting and performance reviews.
Oversee all aspects of employee compensation, including salaries, bonuses, and performance incentives. Conduct quarterly industry benchmarking to ensure correct compensation calibration.
Coordinate and organise team training and development days to ensure continuous growth. Manage regular anonymous “Your Voice” surveys to understand the sentiment of our teams and identify skills gaps and areas of strength in our company and areas for improvement.
Manage relationships with office vendors and oversee all office equipment and assets.
Act as a strategic HR partner, ensuring policies and practices align with company goals and profitability.
Provide high-level executive assistance, managing calendars, correspondence, and various administrative duties for leadership.
Who You Are:

Experienced in HR management with a strong understanding of recruitment, talent acquisition, and retention.
A professional with an extensive network and relationships within the Recruitment and Executive Assistant industry.
Highly organised, with a proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and projects.
Experience in managing compensation packages and implementing performance incentives.
Experience in working monthly on salary payments with an accountant.
A strategic thinker with a focus on cost management and profitability.
Exceptional at balancing the needs of the company with the needs of employees.
An effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
High level of professionalism and ability to manage confidential matters with discretion.
Ability to manage office vendors, equipment, and office-related operations. Ensure vendors are paid on time every month for the correct amount, and that all office equipment and budgets are carefully managed to prevent going over-budget.
We are a tech company so proficiency with computers is a must; proficiency in all email softwares, all calendar softwares, all softwares for presentations, documents, and csv’s, along with people management softwares.
Strong English communication and interpersonal skills are a must – we communicate in English due to our national team mates from all over India, & our global team mates.
