Job Description
Responsibilities: (40% Recruitment + 60% HR Operations)
Knowledge of Administration and HR operations is must.
Knowledge of legal laws and statutory compliance is required.
Knowledge of Organisational development will be added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Team Management
Education:
M.B.A. or equivalent in the field of Human Resources. Degree in law will be added advantage
Minimum 4 years of experience in any manufacturing company is must.
Working knowledge of computers and modern communication devices
