Roles and Responsibilities:
- 1. Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization’s objectives and goals.
- 2. Oversee the creation and execution of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labour regulations and industry standards.
- 3. Lead and manage the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, candidate screening, and conducting interviews.
- 4. Handle employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to facilitate smooth integration and enhance employee performance.
- 5. Monitor and manage employee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance and support to department heads and supervisors.
- 6. Payroll Administration.
- 7. Foster employee engagement initiatives and develop programs to promote a positive work culture and boost employee morale.
- 8. Address employee concerns and grievances, ensuring effective conflict resolution and maintaining a harmonious work environment.
- 9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and produce regular reports on key HR metrics for management review.
- 10. Coordinate with senior management to develop and execute effective workforce planning strategies.
- 11. Ensure the organization’s compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR practices and employment laws.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 2.Proven work experience as an HR Manager for minimum 5 years or in a similar HR role, demonstrating expertise in HR strategy creation and execution.
- 3. In-depth knowledge of labour legislation and HR best practices.
- 4.Strong administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- 5.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- 6. Demonstrated experience in recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- 7. Proficiency in HR reporting and data analysis, with the ability to provide valuable insights to support decision-making.
- 8. Ability to develop and implement effective employee engagement and performance management strategies.
