Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Proven experience as an HR Manager in the hotel industry
• Knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Solid understanding of compensation and benefits programs
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Managing the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviews
• Collaborating with department managers to identify staffing needs and recruitment strategies
• Creating and implementing effective onboarding and training programs for new employees
• Managing employee performance and providing guidance on career development
• Overseeing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and conducting investigations
• Ensuring legal compliance and staying up-to-date with employment laws and regulations
• Administering compensation and benefits programs
• Managing employee engagement initiatives and promoting a positive work culture
• Monitoring and reporting HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives
