The successful candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:HR Responsibilities:Recruitment and talent managementEmployee onboarding, training, and developmentPerformance management and appraisalEmployee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance handlingCompensation and benefits administrationLeave management and attendance trackingCompliance with labor laws and regulationsAdmin Responsibilities:Office administration and managementFacilities management and maintenanceProcurement and inventory managementTravel arrangements and logisticsRecord keeping and data managementCompliance with organizational policies and proceduresOther Responsibilities:Event ManagementDeveloping and implementing HR and admin policies and proceduresAnalyzing and resolving administrative and HR-related issuesCollaborating with other departments to achieve organizational goalsPreparing reports and presentations as requiredRequirements:Postgraduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in HR and admin managementStrong knowledge of labor laws and regulationsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlinesProficiency in HR software and Microsoft OfficePreferred Qualifications:Good communication skill.Fluent in English communicationProfessional certification in HR (e.G., SHRM, PHR, MBA-HR, PGDBM-HR)Experience in a similar industry or organizationStrong analytical and problem-solving skillscandidate from Real Estate Industry would be priority.
