What will you drive?
Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior leaders to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support organizational objectives. Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations to drive organizational effectiveness.
Data-Driven Recruitment: Design and implement pipelines for multiple roles. Partner with managers and stakeholders to decode hiring needs and develop data-driven recruitment solutions. Master Resume Screening and Initial Interviews: Skillfully screen resumes and conduct initial interviews, creating an experience that leaves candidates eager to join our automotive adventure.
End-to-End Recruitment Process: Navigate the recruitment journey from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring every candidate finds their perfect match at CARS24. Build and Nurture a Talent Pipeline: Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline, powerful enough to fuel a fleet of electric cars, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates.
Performance Management: Oversee the performance management cycle, including setting objectives, conducting reviews, and developing performance improvement plans. Ensure alignment with organizational goals and support managers in fostering a high-performance culture.
Employee Relations and Compliance: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring fair resolutions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and ensure company policies comply with legal requirements to minimize risk.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field to provide a solid educational foundation for managing HR functions effectively.
2-5 years of HR experience with a focus on HR business partnering and Talent Acquisition , ensuring the ability to handle complex HR issues and contribute strategically to the business.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and employment regulations to mitigate risks and ensure compliance . Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for building strong relationships with employees and leadership, and handling sensitive situations with discretion.
Proven expertise in recruitment and business partnering , thriving in fast-paced environments where effective hiring is crucial. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools, demonstrating mastery in optimizing recruitment processes.
Adaptability and multitasking skills, enabling effective management of multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic work environment.
