Job Overview

We are looking for a Human Resources Executive to join our team at AUTOBAHN TRUCKING CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED. As a Human Resources Executive, you will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and administration of HR policies, programs, and practices. This role requires a Junior level candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in the field. The job location is Kolhapur, Maharashtra, India, and it is a Full-Time employment opportunity. Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
  • Knowledge of recruiting and selection processes
  • Familiarity with employee engagement strategies
  • Good understanding of statutory compliances and labor laws
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Proficient in documentation and report preparation

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers
  • Handle employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture
  • Administer various HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
  • Manage employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records
  • Conduct employee surveys and compile feedback to identify areas of improvement
  • Provide support in disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports on HR metrics and trends
  • Stay updated with relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Support in organizing training programs and workshops for employees
