Job Overview

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join our team at Campusstellar. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, payroll, employee benefits design, performance management, and new hires. You will work closely with the senior management team to ensure that our HR strategies align with the company’s goals and objectives. This is a full-time position based in Bangalore Urban, Karnataka, India, and we are looking for candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar HR role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
  • Strong understanding of payroll processes and regulations
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in HR software and systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
